Straight Transfer

Straight Transfer: from your Medium to CDR - No Editing or Mastering, No deliberate/individual Track ID's for songs or program material. Billed at $ .50 USD per minute plus $ 10.00 USD for the CD Master.

This means that the listener could not click forward to the next song but would have to listen continuously to get to a specific song. The typical LP or Cassette tape transfer would include all of Side 1 as Track ID #1 and all of Side 2 as Track ID #2
 
Tracks Added Transfer

Tracks Added Transfer means individual track id's for songs or program material. This allows you to forward to the next track or song such as a retail CD would allow. Billed at $ .80 USD per minute plus $ 10.00 USD for the CD Master.

Edited Transfer

Edited Transfer: includes individual Track ID's, de-clicking and de-noising of music or program material to eliminate static sound that is found in old or badly damaged records and/or tapes. The results are dramatic and definitely recommended to improve the overall quality. Billed generally at $ 1.25 USD per minute plus $ 10.00 USD for the CD Master.

A few circumstances where the pricing may not apply:

  1. Cassette and reel to reel tapes that were recorded on a decks where the record heads where abnormally out of alignment require our playback deck to be manually aliened to your tape. This takes time And it takes time to re-alien our deck back to spec after your transfer. The customer is required to pay for this time. Should this be the case, you will be notified in advance of any work. If you agree to the added cost of aliening the heads , then work will proceed. Otherwise we will simply charge you for the time spent to that point, add on shipping charges and return your tape to you.
  2. Tapes that require splicing or are damaged in any way.
  3. Media sent whose recording time requires multiple CDRs
  4. Vinyl that requires cleaning.
  5. Vinyl that contains multiple sections that skip, thus requiring multiple listens to document the sections and editing the recordings in an effort to minimize their impact.
  6. Multi-Track tapes that require mixing of the program/songs.

What we are not responsible for:

  1. The condition of any media sent to us. Whether in damaged condition when sent or damaged in transit.
  2. The condition of any of your media returned to you by A Bridge Solution.
